Emma Winter: Quality of teaching is very high at the faculty of Business and Law and that's because we've got people who are teaching, who are super passionate about what they're teaching. The faculty of Business and Law covers lots of different subjects. We've got things like accounting, we've obviously got law, we've got business, management, leadership, risk management, human resource management, systems management, project management, anything that could be deemed a business subject or a law subject. There's evidence that says that those people who've got a postgraduate qualification are more likely to secure employment than those who just have an undergraduate qualification. We offer students lots of practical learning opportunities beyond their classroom teaching, so things like mentoring and things like networking programmes. There are lots of businesses here in 91ÉçÇø. One of the things that that offers is opportunities to do live client work, and students are actually working with real businesses from the city. We've also got courses where students get involved in running advice clinics. We've got the legal advice clinic and the accountancy advice clinic. Actually being in a city and studying in a city offers those networking opportunities with industry, which is great for students. We are big on support here in the faculty of Business and Law. Everybody has a personal tutor. There's plenty of wellbeing support and we've also got academic skills support in the faculty of Business and Law. We really think it's important to support our postgraduate students because we recognise that some people come into postgraduate learning, having been in the workplace for a while. So all of our postgraduate programmes have a really comprehensive induction programme to allow people to ease into university studies again, and will feel really supported in what they're doing.
Matilda Ben-Agbo: I have learnt a lot whilst studying International Business and Management. I've also met people from diverse backgrounds and countries.
Dangsen Penan Nokshuwan: The course is designed to support and prepare anyone within the field to excel in different industries, and I believe that was exactly what I needed and it's been nothing but that so far in the course and I'm enjoying every bit of it.
